Large Prints (11x14 and Larger) are printed to order and will take up to two weeks.
Products are shipped with a third party producer and will take up to two weeks.

How long will it take for my print or product ship?
Small Prints (5x7 and 8x12) will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Once an item has shipped, you’ll be notified with the tracking information. Though we ask that you allow the full number of days for processing, many items will ship out sooner.
How are items shipped?
I use USPS for smaller sized prints and UPS for large tube prints.
Smaller print sizes are able to be shipped flat with minimal risk of damage. I protect the fine art paper prints by placing them in a plastic bag before shipping. Prints are attached to a piece of cardboard large then the print for extra protection. Art prints up to 11x14” are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes.
Prints 12x16” and larger are placed in a clear bag, rolled and mailed inside kraft mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage.
Return Policy
It is possible that for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, therefore I offers you the option to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The costumer is responsible for return shipping cost.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Received an item that isn’t absolutely perfect on arrival? No worries! It would be our pleasure to get you a replacement ASAP.
All damaged, defective and incorrect items are eligible for full replacement only. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us with a description of the damage and, if possible, pictures by emailing KristenSMD@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, there will be no need to send the damaged items back.
